IT SUPPORT – RAROTONGA (Circa $45K NZD)

A highly reputable and established family business seeks to appoint a technical support person to add to their team.

Ensure that the businesses operate efficiently and effectively by providing IT support to its different sites and business units.

Key Duties:
  1. General tech support
  2. Data capture and storage/retrieval.
  3. Cloud storage migration
  4. Provide software solutions and support
  5. Hardware support/Installs and troubleshooting
  6. Systems optimisation
  7. Reviews and recommendations
Key requirements:

Some form of IT qualifications would be highly regarded.

Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT support role or similar.

Excellent time management skills and have a very systematic approach to your work.

Able to commit to a min 3 year term (Further term available subject to performance)

There is real potential for further growth.

Salary: Salary up to $45K NZD

Performance Bonus – To be finalised -direct with the Directors.

Sign on-Starting Bonus – TBC
